Did you know that most of the "diseases" we suffer from today are considered lifestyle diseases? High blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, and many inflammatory diseases can be improved by eating healthier. And by healthier, that doesn't mean just eating salads, apples, and celery sticks. Some of the small, simple changes we coach can have a tremendous impact on your health without negatively affecting your social life. Yes, that means you can still drink that beer this weekend or have that cupcake at your kid's birthday party. 


But first, let us be very specific. We are NOT dieticians. We don't write meal plans. We can't "cure" your disease. What we do do is coach you on learning the skills to help you eat healthier. We talk about the what and the why, but we really focus on the how. Eating healthy is really no different than learning to play golf or the piano. It just takes an understanding of the skills needed, some daily practice, and a good coach to motivate you along the way.
